Sound Set Collection

We are offering our pre-configured .sfx8 sound sets for our ShockWave 3 sound module with either all our aircraft or helicopter or boat or tank sound sets on a microSD card.

They can be purchased only on a microSD card and mailed to you. It is pre-configured to boot
up the ShockWave 3 sound module with a collection specific sound set. Simple instructions for
re-configuring it to any of the other sound sets are contained in the PDF file "HowToConfigureYourShockWave3.pdf" in the Manuals-Instructions folder on the microSD card.

Caution: if you install our sound sets on any microSD card other than the ones we supply, we cannot guarantee correct operation of the sound module. MicroSD cards vary greatly in their performance from one type and brand to another. In particular, we have had problems with Sandisk microSD cards in our ShockWave 3 modules. We use genuine Kingston brand microSD SDHC Class 4 cards and these work well. (Beware of cheap "fake" so called Kingston brand look-a-like microSD cards from China) as usually they are completely fake cards altogether and they have very little storage capacity on them, if any at all.

These sound sets are available ONLY to our existing ShockWave 3 customers who have purchased their ShockWave 3 module directly from us or from one of our distributors. In the latter case we will need you to email us a PDF or JPG copy of your original purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

Note: These microSD cards have been carefully tested by us to meet all performance requirements of the ShockWave 3 sound module. Be wary of other sources of microSD Cards, brand name or not - they may not work in the ShockWave 3 sound module.

It is highly recommended that you backup all the files on the ShockWave 3 microSD card as soon as you receive it using a microSD card reader such as this or using the microSD to standard SD adaptor that came with the sound module in a regular SD card reader slot on your computer. Backups of any kind should always be made onto at least two different storage media.
