Downloads Policy

Existing customers can download any of our sound sets in our.sfx7 file format. Some are available in the older .sfx5 format for the older SFX6.4 sound module, upon request by email. Most of the newer sounds are too large to fit on the older SFX6.4 sound module. Come back often as we are continually adding new sound sets to our libraries.

We do not publish individual .wav/mp3 sound clips to avoid our competitors stealing them.

Downloads are permitted ONLY on the understanding that the sounds contained therein are used only on our ShockWave 2/ShockWave/SFX7.0 sound modules. The individual sounds are not to be extracted and used for any other purpose. You are expressly prohibited from installing any of our sounds on any competitor's sound module.

If you want to hear a sound clip, please send us an email at

All warbird Airplane and Helicopter .sfx7 sound files include the appropriate gunfire sounds as well as the Engine sounds.

All .sfx7 files can be used on the ShockWave 2/ShockWave/SFX7.0 sound module only. The .sfx7 files are downloaded as ZIP files which must be UNZIPPED. If you do not see the specific sound clips you need for your model please contact us at We can often locate exactly the right sounds for you.

All our sound modules will loop from the end to the beginning, or to any other point in the sound clip so the sounds will play continuously. You can set the Loop Point to any point in the sound clip and you can optionally configure any sound to play once only e.g. for announcements etc.

Ordering Sounds : Sounds are not ordered separately from a sound module, therefore there are no "Add to Cart" buttons for them. Once you have placed your order for a ShockWave 2 sound module we will contact you via email and ask you which sounds you want installed on the module.
